Angel Fire Police Department was advised of a breaking and entering incident.  No property damage or missing items were reported. The reporting party discovered the break in and notified the police for a report.

10/13/2015 10:00:00    15-000451           Alarm

Angel Fire Police Department was dispatched to a residential alarm. The residence appears secure and the cause of the alarm is unknown.

10/13/2015 12:45:00    15-000452           Disturbance

Angel Fire Police Department received a report of HARASSMENT involving a female subject. Upon arrival, officer learned that a known subject had created a disturbance and upset the reporting party.  The known subject fled the scene prior to my arrival. A report will be written.

10/14/2015 10:00:00    15-000453           Cattle Out

Angel Fire Police Department received a report of loose cattle. Upon arrival, officer learned that the cattle had moved down the mountain to a different location.  The cattle were found but at this time, the owner is not identified.  A police report will be filed.

10/14/2015 12:45:00    15-000454           Hit and Run Accident

Angel Fire Police Department received a report of a hit and run incident. Upon arrival, officer met with the victim and collected data for an offense report.

10/16/2015 09:35:00    15-000455           911 Call

Angel Fire Police Department was dispatched to a domestic disturbance.  No offense reported. Individual called 911 to report his wife would not allow him to leave with their child.  Upon arrival, it was confirmed that no criminal offense occurred. Individual then agreed to leave the child at home and then go to Taos to file for divorce.  Individual left without further incident.

Angel Fire Police Department was dispatched to a private property motor vehicle accident with injury. Upon arrival, the injured party was transported to the hospital with a minor injury.

Angel Fire Police Department was detailed to the area of Back Basin Rd in reference someone burning a fire. Upon arrival near the observation deck, off of Back Basin Rd, subjects were advised they needed a burn permit for a campfire. Nothing further.

Angel Fire Police Department was advised of a deer that had been struck and was on the side of the road. Upon arrival a deer was observed and was deceased. Game and Fish contacted a subject and allowed him to take the deer for meat.

Angel Fire Police Department was advised of a subject creating a possible disturbance at the resort. After the call was received, officer later learned that the male subject was actually at a residence and the resort.  At this time, no criminal act has been discovered so an information report will be written.

10/18/2015 14:10:00    15-000460           Trespassing

Angel Fire Police Department received a call from the security chief of The Angel Fire Resort requesting that a subject receive a trespass notice. The security chief of The Angel Fire Resort and is an approved acting agent for the company. He requested a trespass order be issued to the subject for all the resort property. A police report is now on file documenting the action.
