Angel Fire’s Bunny Jankowski, surely the best baker in Northern New Mexico, contributed 40 items to the bake sale, including: 10 cakes/tortes, 5 cream pies, 6 packages of brownies and so much more! Her four-layer Amaretto Cake with cream cheese icing and a sprinkling of nuts was the top seller for baked goods. Bunny used a whopping 15 pounds of butter and 12 dozen eggs in her creations. A mother/daughter duo bought the Amaretto Cake, all smiles after paying $30.
