5th Annual Red River Songwriters Festival, Jan 28-30, 2016

Ten-plus artists and songwriters convene in Red River this weekend for a celebration of music and song Thursday through Saturday (Jan 28-30).

According to the event website, “If you’ve ever wanted to spend a few days hanging out with some of your favorite songwriters, doing a little eating, drinking, and perhaps skiing… this event is for you.”

The festival includes solo shows, duo shows, and shows where each artist will be backed by a talented band. There will be late night informal jams, early afternoon ski runs and who knows what else? Tickets are on sale now but tickets will be “extremely limited” to create a “very intimate, close festival where you get to really know the artists.”
