Angel Fire Quilt Guild was formed 10 years ago. There are currently about 12 members — half are full-time Angel Fire residents and half are part-timers. We meet every Tuesday at the community center in Angel Fire for several hours. Besides working on our own projects we do quite a lot of charity work including quilts for veterans and terminally ill children, toiletry bags for men and women in shelters, small doll size blankets for needy children, quilts for disabled adults, and Christmas stockings for children in the village. We have also made several larger sized quilts for raffles to benefit local veteran events.
