Children and teens ages 7-15 can learn how to downhill mountain bike Sunday (June 19) 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Angel Fire Resort Bike Park. To participate, kids must pre-register by 6 p.m. Wednesday (June 15). Registrations can be made by calling Mountain Reservations 844-359-6411 or the Bike Shop 575-377-4369. The clinic will be limited to 20 riders.

The clinic costs $69 for bike rental, full armor, full-day lift ticket, and 3 hours of instruction. The resort does not provide protective gloves or eyewear. Plan to either to bring your own or purchase those at the Bike Shop. Riders who rent bikes must be at least 4’ 6” (54 inches) tall. The bike rental can be extended to a full day rental for an additional $29. If your rider has their own bike and armor, the clinic is only $39 for a full day lift ticket and 3 hours of instruction.

Kids need to be at the Bike Shop 30 minutes before the class begins (8:30 a.m.) to check-in and gear up. A parent or guardian must be with them when they check-in.
