Obituary: H. Rosemary “Cokie” Dickinson

Cokie Dickinson, 67, of Clovis, died Saturday December 2, 2017 at her home. She was born Dec. 24,1949 in Raton, New Mexico, to Johnny and Helen Rosemary (Frambers) Brandenburg. She married Rod Dickinson, March 20, 1971 in Red River, New Mexico.

Cokie loved gardening, cooking and taking care of her grandchildren. She was a ski instructor in Red River.

Survivors include; her husband, Rod, two children; Braden Dickinson of Phoenix, Arizona and Tamara Dickinson of Albuquerque, New Mexico, two sisters, Kathy (Mike) Vukonich, Raton, Pam Kite, Eagle Nest, NM, one brother, J. D. Brandenburg, Red River, and three grandchildren; Abigayle, Vaughan and Andalyn Dickinson. She was preceded in death by her parents Johnny and Rosemary and her brother-in-law Tiny Kite.

Memorial services were Thursday (Dec. 7) at The Chapel 1500 Thornton with pastor Furgus Tunnell officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Muffley Funeral Home and High Plains Crematory.
