CIMARRON—The Cimarron Lady Rams were inhospitable hosts on Saturday (Oct. 24) by downing the visiting Tierra Encantada Alacranes (Scorpions) 3-0 in a non-conference match.

The Lady Rams played all-around ball, in the first game that was never in doubt, by a score of 25-12. In game two, Coach Alberta Martinez was able move players around and use substitutes throughout the contest. Cimarron emerged with a 25-18 victory.

The final game was all Cimarron as the Lady Rams rolled to a relatively easy 25-10 win to seal the deal.

The Lady Rams will play host to league-leading Springer in a District 1A battle scheduled for Friday (Oct. 30) at 6 p.m. The junior high teams will start at 6 p.m., with the varsity to follow at 7 p.m.
